What goes up....
must come down.
Well, it finally happened. A big crash on the bike. Two Saturdays ago I tried jumping, and I over-jumped and over-rotated on one, and came down on my head and shoulder. This is what it looked like a few days later.

It's not all bad news though, I have a new hobby now, taking pictures of the changing colours of my arm.
I managed to ride in a team cross-country race this weekend with the help of pain-killers, and it felt OK. I didn't seem to aggravate it, anyway.
More about this weekend in the next post.
